US – TCS John Huxley completes acquisition of Midwest Game Supply

TCS John Huxley has concluded the acquisition of Midwest Game Supply, a leader in the manufacture and distribution of dice as well as additional product lines which include layouts and accessories.

The transition period which began in November, has now been finalized having received all the required regulatory approvals to become fully integrated within the TCS John Huxley Group. The MWGS facility in Kearney, MO will continue to operate as usual and provide the perfect springboard for TCS John Huxley to establish an expanded Midwest presence.
